Ordering Samples and Products

Orders must be placed through the official website and paid in full via our secure payment gateway.

Payments

All transactions are processed via trusted third-party processors. Tradesbarn LLC does not store or retain your credit card or financial information.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food and sample products:

  • Sample orders are non-refundable once processed.
  • Refunds may be considered for cancellations prior to dispatch (minus transaction fees).
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with evidence to be eligible for replacement or refund.
  1. RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable or opened food items.
  • Customized, private-labeled products.
  • Goods damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
