Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick) vegan or regular
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup coconut shreds
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 can of Islands Harvest sweetened condensed coconut milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a square baking dish (9-inch) with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter & pour into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle in almond flour and lightly press down to an even layer.
- Sprinkle coconut shreds over almond flour, followed by nuts of your choice (walnuts, pecans or none) and chocolate chips.
- Pour Islands Harvest sweetened condensed coconut milk evenly over the top.
- Bake until edges are golden brown and middle is set for 30-35 minutes.
- Let it cool completely. Best if chilled in fridge. Enjoy!
